This ticker uses a separate file named "ticker.js" as the source for the script, and has a number of dynamic properties. If you move the mouse over the ticker you will notice it slows down. If you right-click on it you can stop it. You can drag the ticker anywhere on the screen; if you left-click and "throw" the ticker with the mouse horizontally, it starts moving in the direction it was "thrown", at a speed relative to the speed at which the mouse was moved.
