Joan can provide desktop design, photography and other artwork in association with written work and editing, or any combination of the above.
She has worked on the publication of books, brochures, reports, prospectuses, menus, timetables, CVs, cards, magazines, newspapers and newssheets.
Joan trained as an editorial assistant on a weekly legal publication. Standards of accuracy were necessarily very high as the published court reports were sometimes quoted in later court cases. References made to statutes, Hansard, etc. had to be checked out thoroughly.
She has also had articles, reports, short stories and poems published and a short story broadcast.
